This is the phase when we finalize construction plans as needed and start working with preparing all purchase orders and vendor requests.
Prepare contracts as needed for construction, renovations.
Prepare Purchase Orders.
Tracking and expediting of items purchased.
Warehousing of goods received as needed to fit timeline of renovation completion and installation.
Supervision of all renovations and installation of purchased goods, including the mounting of art etc.
Follow-up with vendors and contractors on any product/construction errors and issues that do not meet with the TAS Interiors standard of excellence.
Finalize project details and consult with client regarding any additional adjustments to reach a successful completion of the project for the client.
