• This is the phase when we start documenting and drafting a design plan for the client based on discussions from the Project Review phase.
  
• Draft a preliminary project plan.
  
• Identify potential vendors for furniture, flooring, accessories and construction, etc. as appropriate to the project.
  
• Draft a basic floor plan.
  
• Draft a preliminary furniture placement plan.
  
• Make preliminary flooring and wall covering/paint selections.
  
• Make preliminary plumbing fixture selections as appropriate.
  
• Make preliminary lighting and accessory selections as appropriate.
  
• Make preliminary window treatment and decorative features selections as appropriate.
